About Kellianne

Hello! I'm Kellianne Ryals, a Tallaahssee lassie since 2018. I graduated from Florida State Univeristy in 2021 and I couldn't say goodbye afterwards so I've stayed ever since. I love Florida and I love Tallahassee. I found my love for real estate when my husband and I bought our first home together. This drove me to wanting to be a part of someone else's journey and it's my desire to make the process for my clients an enjoyable and memorable one, whether they're looking for the perfect investment property, a desirable family home, a beautiful piece of land, or anything in between.

Outside of my business, one can find me doing arts and crafts at my kitchen table or tackling any of my dozens of DIYs I have saved from my Pinterest boards. I'm passionate about hosting and I love inviting family and friends over to my home, which is one of the things that excites me about the perfect property for someone.
