Brooke Nichols, | Anchor Realty Florida/Tallahassee

Brooke has been a lifelong resident of the Forgotten Coast; born in Port Saint Joe, she moved to Apalachicola as a toddler. Upon graduation Brooke moved to Carrabelle where she started her 10-year Law Enforcement career. Her parents and grandparents were all born and raised in the area; they also serve in various jobs in Franklin County and its surrounding areas. This has provided Brooke a unique local knowledge and understanding. Brooke is married and bought her first home in Wakulla County, inspiring her to help others in the purchase of residential homes, vacation homes, and vacant land. Brooke began her Real Estate career in hopes to assist others in their endeavors to plant roots in the area, and have the opportunity to enjoy the absolute paradise that her and so many call home.
